Some beautiful work by French Interior designer Marianne Evennou to end the week.  I discovered her one day via Pinterest and when I had a look at her website, I was hooked! Everything in her work is so crisp, calm and well thought out.  She uses vertical and horizontal lines to create visual patterns and this linearity helps to frame certain vistas beautifully.  Her use of colour is perfectly executed and there are so many interesting and sometimes quirky elements to keep the eye engaged.   I am also struck by her diverse selection of lighting and have tried to include a variety of images to show this.  She works with such lighting designers as Atelier Areti and Olivier Abry from Wo & Wé and there is an e-shop on her own website selling her range of lighting as well as other items (all developed during past projects). A clever mix of colour, shape and pattern..
